- 6 wedges of grapefruit
- ½ gallon of filtered/distilled water
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1 tangerine, sliced
- 2 peppermint or mint leaves
Clean all of the fruits, cucumber and peppermint/mint leaves thoroughly.
Chop or peel the tangerine, slice the cucumber and peel and separate 6 wedges of grapefruit.
In a pitcher, place all of the ingredients in the water.
For maximum benefits allow it to sit for about two hours.
Stir and drink it throughout the day.
